Job summary

Massage Envy Visalia is hiring to join our team as a sales-focused wellness specialist. You will engage guests, educate on services, and drive bookings while promoting the Wellness Program and retail purchases.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, attention to guest needs, and building a loyal client base through in-person and outreach efforts. Weekend/evening shifts are available to support busy appointment flow.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest relations.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address questions.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
