Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking a Sales Associate to support families through pre-need and at-need cemetery sales at Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Funeral Center in Lafayette, CA.

This role focuses on consultative sales, delivering compassionate guidance and upholding our values in a fast-paced team setting. Base salary is $50,000 with uncapped commissions and a full benefits package, offering growth opportunities with top earners exceeding $100,000.

Qualifications

• Prospecting experience a must.
• Valid Driver’s License a must.
• 2-4 years performance-based sales experience.
