Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate in Old Bridge, NJ to deliver a customer-centered experience and build genuine connections. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and help maintain an engaging store environment that reflects our brand standards.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a team-driven mindset. Training and supporting merchandising, inventory, and store operations are key parts of the job.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
