Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience and build authentic connections. You will provide personalized service, support merchandising efforts, and help maintain an inviting store that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to learn and grow within the brand. You will work with teammates to ensure an exceptional omnichannel shopping experience, promote brand loyalty

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality. Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools. Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs. Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals. Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
