Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Chico's at Blowing Rock, NC. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-driven, store-focused environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will help merchandise the floor, assist with stock, and create a welcoming in-store experience for every guest.

About the role

Eligibility and requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
