Job summary

The Sales Associate role at KnitWell Group is based in Sea Girt, NJ, and focuses on delivering a customer-centered experience through hospitality and product knowledge. You will engage with customers, build connections, and provide personalized service on the floor and across our omnichannel channels.

You will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store presentation, while keeping the brand standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
