Job summary

The Tile Shop in Edison, New Jersey is seeking a friendly and driven sales associate to greet customers professionally, educate them on tile and related products, and develop lasting relationships. You will work toward sales goals in a dynamic, commission-based environment, while providing excellent customer service and product updates.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with design sense, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and capable of multitasking while maintaining organization

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
