Job summary

Massage Envy Newnan is seeking a friendly team member who delivers exceptional customer service and helps clients feel valued. You will promote Total Body Care, educate guests on services, book appointments, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

As part of the team, you will support clinic flow, answer calls, respond to emails, and help grow the client base through outreach. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales exp. preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Promote Total Body Care and educate clients on services; book appointments and retail products.
• Support clinic flow by answering phones, scheduling services, and responding to inquiries.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
