Job summary

Massage Envy Dacula is hiring team members who deliver outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued. You will promote Total Body Care services, book appointments, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a caring team. We offer a competitive base wage of $12/hour plus unlimited bonuses and commissions, with full-time benefits including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, plus PTO

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services and booking future appointments; drive homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
