Job summary

Massage Envy Peachtree City is hiring a customer-focused team member to help clients feel their best through Total Body Care services and retail offerings. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and educate clients on services while contributing to a friendly, efficient clinic flow.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and preferably retail or sales experience. Strong math and computer skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Great people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Retail Wellness Program; promote homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Help grow and retain a client base in person and via outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
