Job summary

Watchfinder & Co, a premier pre‑owned luxury watch retailer, seeks a proactive sales professional in New York. You will host clients, introduce services including part‑exchange, and develop a personal clientele using CRM tools to exceed expectations.

You will be a brand ambassador, uphold global standards, and support the boutique team while leading watch appraisals for part‑exchange with precise processes.

Qualifications

  • Applicants with a background in sales or hospitality preferred.

  • Curious and resourceful. Able to work independently on the sales process.

  • Creative, curious and versatile with good interpersonal competences and empathetic.
  • Has perfect manners and can maintain a conversation elegantly.

Responsibilities

  • Find ever new and creative means to exceed client's expectations.
  • Introduce clients to the different services that we offer, including the part‑exchange service, maintaining a high level of experience to the clients.
  • Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach (CRM).
  • Know WF's history, services/products and partnerships as well as the benefits of purchasing a timepiece through Watchfinder.
  • Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
  • Maintain the boutique according to the global operating standards.
  • Be part of a boutique team and support the overall organisation of the boutique with a strong team approach.
  • Lead the appraisal process of timepieces that involve a part‑exchange. Ensuring that all the necessary processes are followed accurately for the end user to make an assumption.

Expected Salary Range: $25 - $29. This role is commission eligible.
