Job summary

Dossier Perfumes in New York City seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share fragrance expertise, and help shoppers find their perfect scent in our new flagship boutique.

You will educate guests on notes, ensure displays are neat, and contribute to a fun, memorable shopping experience while building a community of fragrance lovers. Training will be provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the heart of our boutique, welcoming customers, sharing your fragrance expertise, and helping them find their perfect scent. Whether it's educating guests on notes and layering techniques or creating a fun, memorable shopping experience, you'll play a key role in building a community of fragrance lovers.
