Role Description

At ba&sh, we believe fashion is about confidence, individuality, and creating meaningful connections. We are currently seeking passionate Full-Time Sales Associates to join our Miami team. This opportunity is available at our Miami Design District boutique.

The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional customer experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized styling advice that reflects the ba&sh brand identity. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, achieving individual and store sales goals, processing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, assisting with inventory management, and supporting daily store operations. Sales Associates work closely with store leadership and colleagues to uphold brand standards, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and create memorable shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
