Job summary

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Los Angeles to deliver luxury client experiences, drive sales, and manage a client book. The role emphasizes high-touch service, product knowledge, and brand representation in-store.

You will support daily store operations, collaborate with the team, and participate in events while maintaining perfect CRM data and a flexible weekend schedule. Compensation is hourly ($24) with commission/bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong clientele skills with an existing client portfolio preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods

• Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times
• Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Vivienne Westwood boutique in Los Angeles for 4 days a week. This role is focused on delivering a high-touch, luxury client experience, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident seller with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and an existing client portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance
• Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections
• Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service

Clientele & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty
