The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, is comfortable traveling to job sites, and willing to learn the fencing trade to accurately estimate projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close business.
• Bilingual communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers and visit project sites.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple opportunities, and being accountable for sales activity and results.
• Willingness to learn the fencing trade, product specifications, and basic estimating concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers.

• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and installation teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of fence materials, terminology, installation methods, measurements, and common project requirements.

Salary: $20 to $22/hour plus commission. Total annual earnings may reach up to approximately $100,000 based on sales performance.

Location: Lakeland, FL

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m.
