Job summary

CamFit, an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise, is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio. You’ll greet members, lead tours, and help new and existing members choose membership options.

In this fast-paced front-of-house role, you’ll drive growth through memberships and retail, maintain records in the sales system, and collaborate with coaches to deliver a high-energy, member-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.
