Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio. You will greet members, guide tours, and drive membership sales while supporting a top-tier member experience.

Ideal candidates bring passion for fitness, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required to support operations.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
