Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet members, guide tours, and drive membership and retail sales at our studio.

You’ll support day-to-day studio operations, manage inquiries, and collaborate with coaches to deliver a high-energy member experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and desire to grow within the CamFit community.
• Experience in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• MS Office familiarity.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.
