Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our Jenks salon. You will welcome customers, explain tanning options, and help drive memberships while delivering excellent service.

You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, meet sales targets, and contribute to a friendly team. This role offers a flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 18+ age with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
