Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to help customers look and feel their best while advancing with a leading tanning salon brand.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets. Evening and weekend availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer experiences.
• Able to meet or exceed sales targets and work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
