Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our fast-paced tanning salon team in Lee's Summit, MO. You will help customers select memberships, explain tanning services, and provide outstanding service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming salon. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, and you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a sales mindset.
• Able to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
