Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and promote memberships in a fast-paced salon environment.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, sales-driven, and reliable, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with a supportive team culture and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
