Responsibilities

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies for safety.
• Assist with product launches as per SOP.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Process transactions efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Meet physical requirements.
