This entry-level, commission-based sales role is ideal for those looking to break into recruiting or staffing. As a Junior Sales Associate, you’ll focus on prospecting, outreach, and setting appointments. You’ll work alongside our senior team to learn and contribute to business growth.

Please Note: Candidates with more than 3 years of professional sales experience will not be considered. This role is designed as an entry point for early-career professionals.

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across targeted industries.
• Set appointments with decision-makers for senior sales and recruiting staff.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to maintain engagement.
• Support client presentations, proposals, and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate pipelines and active job orders.
• Continuously learn staffing industry trends, service offerings, and client pain points.
• Require less than 3 years of total professional sales experience.
• Be hungry, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
• Be organized, self-driven, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or sales support is a plus.
• Be comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Learn directly from senior team members.
