Job summary

Soma in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a store that reflects our hospitality-focused culture. You'll share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and help create a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.

You’ll bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
