Soma Germantown store is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service. You will share product knowledge, maintain a clean, inviting space, and help create a seamless in-store experience.

You'll collaborate with the team to meet store goals, participate in merchandising, and support omnichannel initiatives while delivering exceptional hospitality. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
