Job summary

Soma is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers in a fashion-forward, customer-centered retail setting in Las Vegas. You will share product knowledge, build authentic connections, and deliver personalized service across in-store and digital channels.

You’ll participate in merchandising, assist with inventory, and help maintain a welcoming, brand-aligned store environment while collaborating with teammates and leadership to meet goals.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
