Job summary

Massage Envy Hoffman Estates is seeking a friendly, sales‑driven teammate to help guests choose Total Body Care. Base pay ranges $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus tips, bonuses and commissions. We offer a sign‑on bonus for full‑time, employer‑paid healthcare, 401(k) match, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

You’ll greet clients, schedule services, educate on our Wellness Program, and promote homecare retail. Prior retail or sales experience and strong people skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking.
• Excellent people skills and guest relations.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Wellness Program; promote services and retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls/emails, and addressing questions.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
