Job summary

Massage Envy Glen Ellyn is hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. You will provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on services, book appointments, and promote the Wellness Program to grow our client base.

Open Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Competitive base pay of $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions; benefits for full-time include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and booking future appointments.
• Manage clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
