Job summary

KidStrong in Gainesville is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist to drive presale enrollment as the center prepares to open. You will engage families, explain programs and pricing, and convert inquiries into Founding Members.

Respond quickly to leads via phone, text, email, and social media, while maintaining accurate CRM records and following brand standards. A strong sales mentality and CRM experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate excitement and awareness for the upcoming KidStrong center opening.
• Respond quickly to new leads via phone, text, email, social media, and online inquiries.
• Contact prospective families and explain the KidStrong program, membership options, presale pricing, and founding-member benefits.
• Follow up with leads until enrollment, decline, or a no-contact request.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly presale membership goals.
• Convert inquiries into Founding Members before the center opens.
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members.
• Maintain accurate lead statuses, follow-up dates, appointments, and enrollment information in the CRM.
• Communicate KidStrong's value and handle membership questions and objections.
• Create urgency around presale pricing, founding-member opportunities, and class availability without misleading sales tactics.
• Process memberships, deposits, and enrollment information accurately.
• Follow KidStrong sales scripts, processes, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.
• Represent KidStrong with professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, and positivity.
• Work with the General Manager and leadership team to track presale progress and improve conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of KidStrong programming, age groups, class structure, schedules, policies, pricing, promotions, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Prior outbound phone sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales mentality and comfort with sales efforts
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Promotional orientation and ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, open and participative leadership style, and drive for excellence
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Practical experience using a CRM system
• Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
• 1+ years of outbound phone sales experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
