Job summary

White House Black Market in Midland, TX is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service that reflects our hospitality culture. You will participate in merchandising, assist with inventory, and help create a seamless store experience across in-store and online channels.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Strong communication, a team-first attitude, and the ability to learn new tools quickly will help

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
