Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness; professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Weekend availability, able to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient with computers and studio software; comfortable making phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales; focus on results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
