BODYBAR Pilates - Avondale is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow memberships and deliver a standout studio experience. You will drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life with a motivated team.

This part-time position offers flexible hours as you help expand our community and uphold the BODYBAR standard of cheer, fitness, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in person, phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and customer-facing roles.
• Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process to generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR as brand ambassador at local events and communities.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
