Norman’s Hallmark in Flourtown, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team at the Flourtown Shopping Center. You will help customers, answer questions, and provide a caring, memorable shopping experience.

You’ll learn our Crown Rewards program, maintain displays, and support register operations. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Benefit includes a 25% employee discount.

NORMAN’S, the premiere, and fastest growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our location in Flourtown Shopping Center, Flourtown, PA. Our Sales Associates are key contributors in providing a ‘caring team’ atmosphere for our customers. They are most accessible to the consumer to answer all questions and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor. We expect our Sales Associates to show initiative, be a team player, and exemplify excellence during every aspect of the customer experience.

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you lead by example to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a positive and pleasant point of sale experience for our customers.
• Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
