Job summary

Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Saucon Valley, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our friendly retail team at The Promenade. You will help customers, maintain displays, and provide a memorable shopping experience.

They are most accessible to the consumer and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor. • Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for our customers. Accountable for cash register accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
