Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals, including generating leads.
• Greet members/guests enthusiastically to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct studio previews and maintain an organized front desk.
• Respond promptly to member requests and concerns.
• On-board clients with accurate documentation.
• Participate in training programs and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program
• Work closely with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Attend and participate in OTF training programs, community events, and social media promotions.
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
• Participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.

Orangetheory Fitness Oviedo is seeking energetic, friendly, and sales-orientated fitness enthusiasts to join our team!

Responsibilities

Our Sales Associates are primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding performance goals, including generating and servicing leads, membership sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, successful sales experience, and can effectively assist in running all "front of house" studio operations.

• On-board all clients properly through accurate digital and paper documentation.
• Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email and phone.
