North County Cadillac GMC is expanding our Retail Sales Department, and we are looking for energetic Sales Associates to join the team. We strive to deliver a fantastic customer service experience and build long-term relationships with our clients.

This role offers strong growth potential and a long-term career path in a growing industry. You’ll receive leads from phone, internet and walk-ins, with support from an experienced management team.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, initiative, and a genuine interest in engaging with people.
• Highly motivated, with the desire to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver license and ability to be added to company’s list of insured drivers
• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Responding to leads and making genuine connections with customers face to face, via phone, and through email
• Greeting and educating customers, assessing needs, and demonstrating products and features
• Attending training classes, in-house meetings, and online seminars to keep knowledge and sales strategies up to date
• Documenting various sales activities in CRM

Pay: Potential to earn a six-figure income! $16.90 per hour plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses. Average annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $120,000!
