Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Sales Associate at our Elkins, WV store to support leadership and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help implement operational processes, drive customer engagement strategies, and assist with day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer service objectives.

This role contributes to merchandising, inventory control, and policy compliance, helping the company achieve its goals for sales performance, shrink, and budgets.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting store leadership and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll help implement operational processes, drive customer engagement strategies, and support day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer service objectives.

This position also contributes to store merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies, helping Busy Beaver achieve its goals for sales performance, shrink, and controllable budgets.

What You’ll Do
