Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a energetic Retail Sales Associate for our Edina store in Minnesota. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold Tempur Sealy’s premium brand in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include leading the sales process, merchandising, and supporting the store manager to maintain strong store performance. This role requires flexibility to match store hours and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience (or equivalent education/experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Knowledge of best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards.
• Collaboration skills: able to both lead and follow.
• Flexibility in work schedule reflecting store hours.
• Fluency with current retail software/computer systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items if needed.

• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
• Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs.
• Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

The total estimated annual compensation, including base pay and incentives, is $40,000 - $60,000.
