Job summary

Capitol Lighting in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to help customers choose lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and home décor, guided by current interior design trends.

You will build relationships, develop product knowledge to become a subject matter expert, and thrive in a high-performance environment. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are valued, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
