Job summary

The Tile Shop in Deerfield, IL is hiring a sales associate to proactively greet customers, build lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products. You will educate customers on installation and product use while pursuing individual sales goals.

Work is in a fast-paced, commission-based environment where strong design sense, excellent communication, and the ability to learn quickly are valued. Benefits and a competitive compensation package accompany this role.

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
