Customer Service / Sales Associate

Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Customer Service / Sales Associate in Darien, CT. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE

In this retail role, you are responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction in our stores. As our ambassador, you greet customers, promote Ring's End products and services, handle customer complaints fairly and promptly, schedule deliveries, respond to phone and email inquiries, maintain inventory organization, and perform any additional duties necessary to support our customers.
