Job summary

Crain Buick GMC of Conway is seeking a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You will connect with leads, guide customers through the car-buying journey, and use Drive Centric, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information.

With Buick and GMC knowledge, you will highlight features and benefits while building lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.

What You’ll Do:

Connect with and follow up on leads through Drive Centric and other channels

Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from first hello to final delivery

Use dealership tools like RouteOne and Reynolds & Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information

Stay up to speed on Buick and GMC vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits

Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet—and exceed—sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success

Strong communication and people skills

Comfort with modern dealership technology (Drive Centric, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds)

Ability to juggle multiple customers and sales processes with ease

Strong organization and attention to detail

Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)
