Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for the Chicago, IL store to welcome customers and deliver personalized service. You will share product knowledge, create a seamless omnichannel experience, and educate shoppers about Soma’s loyalty programs.

You will also assist with merchandising, replenishment and maintaining an inviting store ambiance. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility (nights/weekends/holidays), and the ability to learn new processes quickly while helping customers feel confident

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communications required.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.
