Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate at The Shoppes at Bradley Park in Columbus, GA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience and helping customers join our loyalty program. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn brand programs and loyalty benefits.
• Ability to operate a register and handle POS transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stock shelves.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
