Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5512-Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. This Regular/Part Time role pays $15.00–$18.75 per hour and requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You’ll help with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining an inspiring store atmosphere while contributing to team success and brand loyalty.

You'll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
