Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the features and benefits of various computer systems, accessories, and other tech products. Help customers understand how to use the products effectively.
Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions using the store's point-of-sale system. Handle customer payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to store policies.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Assist with stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing regular inventory checks.
Customer Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any questions or concerns. Provide after-sales support by coordinating with the technical team for any service-related queries.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, including technicians and management, to provide a seamless customer experience. Share product knowledge and insights with the team to improve overall store performance.
