Job Description: Sales Associate at Riser Fitness

Be a part of the growing boutique fitness industry and join our Studio Team! Interact directly with members and prospective members, helping them on their fitness journey while contributing to our studio community in a fun, high-energy, and service-focused environment.

With over 70 locations, Riser Fitness is one of the nation's largest multi-unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system and one of the longest operating franchisees in the country.

Position:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our reputable Pilates studio. Your primary role will be to support the General Manager (GM) in achieving sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service, assisting with sales and customer relations to ensure a positive client experience.

Position Details:

• Type: Part Time

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Availability for attending special events and trainings

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the GM
• Conduct studio tours for prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
• Maintain knowledge of products, programs, and pricing
• Promote the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
• Participate in community events to promote the studio
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned
