Job summary

Massage Envy Valencia Way franchise in Valencia, CA is seeking team members who enjoy helping others and delivering great guest experiences. You will educate clients on Total Body Care, book services, drive Wellness Program sales, and support daily clinic operations with friendly, professional service.

The role emphasizes building relationships, multitasking across front-desk tasks, and contributing to a welcoming environment with strong team support.

Qualifications

• Cashier or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Comfort with basic math and computer systems for sales and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services.
• Schedule services, book future appointments, and process retail sales.
• Answer phone, respond to emails, and support clinic flow.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
