Role Description

The Sales Associate role is a part-time, on-site position based in Boston, MA. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, organizing inventory, processing sales and returns using the point-of-sale system, and handling customer inquiries in person and by phone. The Sales Associate will also help with the intaking of luxury designer items, assist with bookkeeping, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications
